Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your Creatora AI account and associated data by contacting our support address.

What to include

Contact us from the email address associated with your Creatora AI account and state that you are requesting account/data deletion. Include enough account context for us to identify the request.

Never send secrets

Do not send passwords, API keys, OAuth access tokens, authentication codes, recovery codes or other secret credentials with a deletion request.

Data covered

Where applicable, a deletion request may cover Creatora AI account information, workspace information, social-connection and stored authorization information, and projects or assets associated with the account, subject to legitimate retention requirements.

Connected platforms

Deleting Creatora AI data does not necessarily delete content or accounts held directly by Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or other third parties. Those platforms provide their own account and content controls.
